a 100 point commission from who asked for some RWBY characters to be drawn. Now I figured i'd be drawing characters like Weiss, Cinder and Neo or something like that, but he definitely expanded my expectations by showing me some new characters to draw

So funny thing is though he asked for a group pic he originally asked for 4 (originally only Penny, Neo, Amber and Raven) but in the notes i miscounted and priced it to 5 due to a minor miscommunication on my part, so he added Neon Katt to the list.

of course tickling stuff had to be added as per the commission's orders so i got a lil creative with each one.

So Penny isn't organic, she's robotic, so how do you tickle a robot? a power drill to the side of her foot? she's obviously confused by this
Neon Katt was inspired by nyan cats, so some nyans are lick tickling her feet and pawing at her sides as she struggles.
Neopolitan I've drawn before in an ice cream bowl, but someone's tied her to her umbrella and covered the soles of her feet in chocolate for som umbrella yokai to lick off as she breaks down in laughter (also a nyan cat tail is stroking one of em)
Originally Amber had feathers on her feet, but i chenged it to floating hands since someone else got that one too, she's trying to resist em
And Raven got some raven black feathers touching her feet

But anyways thanks for the commish, it was fun, sorry it took so long, finding references for Amber and Raven were the toughest because there isn't a lot of fanart of either on DA, and the wikis don't have much in the images, the RWBY wiki could use more images on the character pages, its definitely not like the Steven universe wiki in that sense...

This took forever to color yesterday due to distractions, but i finally got it done.
