Apparently she's Asuna Yuuki's sister in the second story of Sword art Online. And wow, and I thought Asuna had a complex and difficult attire to make, her sister blows it outa the park, luckily Konno and Asuna dress rather alike, but at least Konno is more colorful XD

So from the waist to her head is loosely based off one of the renders i saw of Konno, the rest is rather off the top of my head in posing.
