Description Done.  I chose to keep the line art black, to give it more of a comic book look to it. Also, I changed her face a little from the line art that I posted.  I didn't like her mouth.  I like the final result a little better, given that I wasn't going to redraw too much.  Also, for the design, I wanted to use more of Chris Nolan's Batman as an influence for the suit design, while keeping the dark blue of Batgirl's previous costumes.  Leave comment, critiques, etc.  Thanks.

*starts committing a crime* I do hope that hot suited hottie comes to dispense some justice on me, lol.

WOW Reflex, not too shabby!  I have to give you credit where your line art managed to take you and furthermore a wonderful job on that reference to Nolan's work.  Only seem some of his artwork but to say the least, this definitely feels just as satisfying seeing what you offer on top of it.

Likewise very attractive job on the overall build of Batgirl here.  Not just the curves alone I'm talking about but even where you taken such delicate time to recreate her entire suit with the various bits of armor, metal and even her own Bat Belt and grappling hook are a real nice touch.

And like most comic book covers, you always gotta have your hero look off into the distance all stern and such, I love it.  The nice head twist works out very well here if you ask me and adds that touch of dramatic look for the character just like you'd see with the original Batman himself.

Even gotta cheer you on for the background too with the tall city skyscrapers everywhere and the always looming moon with few bats in the corner hanging over Gotham.  Good show keeping it all in perspective too so that it doesn't look like Batgirl is some kind of crazy giant, that would be sort of messed up. ^o^

The colors or rather lack of colors and the heavy use of dark is what I really do enjoy here.  Even in regards to her suit itself, you had to really balance out some things like how much her metal would shine or stand out more then her outfit and the outfit material itself being extremely dark blue but never true black.  In that way you still make her stand out but don't make her look like some huge black blob.

Personally enjoy the way you bring out her face, its the most standalone part of the pic if you ask me.  Seeing the red in her hair shimmer in the moon's light, the soft blue in her eyes or even the lipstick stand out from all those darker colors is very lovely indeed Reflex.  Overall, you did damn good even if you didn't like the mouth, lol.

PS - I feel you in terms of making good mouths, bleh

Thanks Timmy.  There certainly seem to be a lot more Wonder Woman and Superman fans than Batgirl fans, based on the lack of love this has gotten.   Yeah, I tried to make everything very dark, since it's supposed to be night, but I wanted to give enough light so the details of the suit, etc. could be made out.  I also wanted to go with blue instead of black, because it would stand out a little better in the darkness, and because a lot of Barbara's suits seemed to be blue.  I also thought it would look a little sleeker than the gray.  I'm digging in my stash to finish up some of these pictures, then I plan on focusing on OC's, and more artwork for my upcoming book.  Thanks for giving such a thoughtful critique.  I can always rely on you for that.
