Bio: Starlight and her older sister Luna are the daughters of Old Hob, they were born long after their father mutated and left his family of both Brown and Russian Blue Cats out of fear that they would not understand him now that he was a mutant. They spent their young lives wondering who their father was and why he left his family behind. One night, under a full moon, the derelict building that they had made their home in, was caught on fire because of a gang war that was taking place outside! the kittens who would be named Luna & Starlight were separated from the rest of their family and were severely injured during the gang war (as none of the gang members knew their were kittens about) but were able to escape the riot!

They managed to make a good distance away from their old home but were too injured to go on, they would have died on the spot if a certain Cavalier King Charles Spaniel mutant hadn't rescued them! Scott was able to help them get back to health with the help of his father, The two kittens were fearful at first since Phil was a human (they had a fear of humans since before the gang war) but surprisingly, they warmed up to Scott from the start (I'm sure it's because he saved their lives, all 9 of them)! They got along quite well and Scott gave them the names Luna and Starlight since he rescued them at nighttime. One night, they saw a thief carrying mutagen and tried to fend him off getting coated in the ooze, and because they touched the human thief, they mutated into humanoid form! Scott saw the whole thing and when he ran to them, he saw that they frightened the thief away with their transformation!

Luna and Starlight were kids at the time but their personalities were very different: Starlight was a hyper and playful child while Luna was a reserved and mature kitten as well as an avid reader. They actually loved their new bodies because they could talk to Scott and they could treat him like part of their makeshift family. But soon Scott was sent to the fortress of the evil mutant Draxum, the two kitten mutants stowed away to keep Scott company, but events soon took place where Scott and Starlight were cryogenically frozen and Luna escaped with Dr. O'Neil! Starlight was placed on ice and transferred to a warehouse on the outskirts of New York City. It would take 4 years for both Scott and Starlight to be set free, and for them to meet some interesting turtles...
