One day he and his brother Baragon met and, supposedly in a case of "my name is too similar to yours," commenced fisticuffs. Barugaron may have had literal firepower on his side, but he wasn't as clever as Baragon. After tunneling under him, the Earth Guardian buried the fire monster in a shower of rock and stone, and, even after suffering terrible burns, manages to defeat his brother. Barugaron relinquished his life force to Baragon, granting the burrowing kaiju the power of firey breath.

Current: When the escaped, heavily mutated humanoid known as Frankenstein was on the run along with the Deutalios running amok in the dead of night Baragon Had reawakened from his long slumber to put an end to this. The Japanese Self-Defense Force blamed Frankenstein once again for the terrifying event, but one witness from the oilrig disaster convinced three scientists that it was in fact another monster. As the scientists attempted to locate Frankenstein, an explosive was set off and an angry Baragon emerged from underground. Frankenstein arrived just in time, and the two monsters clashed. Baragon was ultimately forced to retreat.
If things couldn’t get any worse the Deutalios Had just reviled themselves Desperate for food they spotted an evacuating village and began to attacked Until Baragon had appeared and Had fought to defend the village sadly he was out numbered some of the rats tried to make a meal out of Dr. Bowen, Sueko, and Kawaji Soon enough, Frankenstein had arrived just in time! But even he was no match for the Deutalios. One of the Rats came after Sueko But when Frankenstein was pin down by the rodents Baragon had rushed in to save Her Frankenstein had just witness this and had decided to fight alongside Baragon against the Rats. Frankenstein and Baragon bravely fought off the enormous rodents, and suffered savage wounds for it. The military attempted to settle the matter, but in the process, the forest caught ablaze. Frankenstein and Baragon defeated the rats one-by-one; Baragon had saved his allies foster-parents by carrying them to safety. After the fight Baragon Went back in to his Burrow to heal himself and The Man-Monster then turned towards the sea, his flesh burned, his body bleeding, and walked out into the cold embrace of the water. Contained in the zoological preserve known as Monster Island on Ogasawara Island, Baragon was found living amongst the island's inhabitants near the dawn of the new century. Unfortunately, the creature's relatively peaceful life was interrupted by the Kilaak alien invasion. Along with his fellow monsters, Baragon was sent to destroy the capital cities on Earth in order to enact the diabolical schemes of the invading extra terrestrials. In the ensuing chaos, the Earthlings managed to regain control of the monsters, and Baragon was ordered to destroy the Kilaak base near Mount Fuji. He his Brothers Manda and Varan as well as Godzilla, Minilla, Rodan, Gorosaurus, Anguirus, Spiga and Mothra were dominating the fight against the newly arrived King Ghidorah. Following the Kilaaks' permanent defeat, Baragon returned to Monster Island where he lived out the rest of his days in peace. But peace would be the last thing on Baragon’s list as the Evil Dragon Named Bagan had risen from the Himalayas to Destroy the Earth Godzilla and the other monsters Would have none of it! There Battle had waged on for hours and Bagan proved to be more than a match for The King himself However Godzilla let loose his Spiral ray down Bagan's Mouth with that Bagan run off with his Tail between his legs, sadly Godzilla Had just Collapsed after the Fight. Warn out from the fight but not Dead Godzilla laded unconscious, Monster Island was greatly devastated From Bagan’s assault All of the Monsters, On lookers from all over were shocked to see this! The GDF Take Godzilla and the Other Monster Back to their Base for them to recuperate after the fight. The Next day the most shocking thing had just happened Godzilla, Rodan and all of the other Monsters had Shrank down to human size! Each kaiju now had the ability to speak in human tongue though still having their old powers in the process. After all that has happened Godzilla was made the new head of the GDF! Baragon was the new Terra Operations expert

Clone 1: Dr. Uzuma A scientist in Genetic Cloning heard about the news but wants to control his own Monsters so he decided he was going to steal DNA from Godzilla and his monster Collages so he can clone them. He sends out his Warrior Droids to do the Job. The droids come back with vast amounts of Godzilla DNA with interest, Now Dr. Uzuma with his Partners Mandark, Vexsus, and Katz He began to Clone his own monster army. However there was a catch when the clones hatched they were only 4 to 5 feet but were extremely aggressive its one purpose is to kill the original Frankenstein, and in order for them to grow they would have to they would have to feed! There were reports of dead cattle, humans, and animals all over. That is until Rodan himself meet his now gigantic clone! The Clones relentlessly gave chase to their predecessors; until Godzilla and his allies tricked there clones into thinking they were dead. This gave them the opportunity to think of a plan on how to destroy them. But unknown to everyone the Clones were only prototypes and they were going to die in three days! But that was only the good news the bad news is that before they die were going to reproduce first so that the offspring would finish the job. Godzilla and the others planed on taking Each Clones Orb shaped Egg, BIG MISTAKE! The Clones gave chase after the predecessors with vengeance and to make matters worse a giant Serpent Named Mozudon rises from the sea and tries to eat the Eggs. The dying clones try to fight him off but to little avail Mozudon kills The Clones and then retreats back into the sea. The eggs are still in one piece. In his dying act Clone Baragon pushes his egg toward the Original Baragon wanting him to take care of his young for him.

Clone 2: After the death of the First clones Goji and the rest of the kaiju take the eggs back to G Force HQ. The Egg had hatched but thanks to Mothra’s Shobijin singing to them they were able to calm them down. Surprisingly the newly hatched kaiju had imprinted on their predecessors. However Thanks to the Stupidity of Megalon and Otto for leaving the cells full of Soma (from Kong’s Garden) and the cases of Professor Utonium’s Chemical X the Clones Devouring the vast amounts of X and Soma which not only gave them new abilities but Also caused them to grow much larger. If things were not bad enough Mozudon reappears and Attacks Tokyo! The Clones Engage the Serpent like Kaiju and successfully kill him. Later on He and the other kaiju would battle other monsters in the process This Baragon would reside on New Monster island where he is good friends with Frankenstein
