Monstrous ogre of Sumerian mythology. While his hybrid form isn't anything specific, his snake dick is a feature common among Mesopotamian demons ,the head made of FUCKING INTESTINES kind of makes it stand out. *Imagines Huwawa headbanging his intestine-face on a death metal concert. The signs of both are given, but NOT that of Azathoth. Nothing but madness can be gained by summoning Azathoth and it takes a powerful wizard indeed to send Azathoth back. The sanity of anybody who summons Azathoth on purpose is questionable.

Great work, especially with the face!
I've tried to make pics of Huwawa/Humbaba, but I could never get his intestine-face satisfactorily grotesque.
I was a bit surprised to learn that he had a serpentine phallus, but as the wind demon Pazuzu has the same kind of thingy, it's less surprising.
One difference in how I designed Huwawa is that I didn't give him hair, but a lot of heavy, thick armour-plates over his body (partially explained all the massive swords and axes that Gilgamesh and Enkidu carried along and thought necessary to slay the guy).
