Cancer cells invading the skin. A relatively rare situation where one could use two immunohistochemical stains to mark only the pathological growth, and in the second case, the surrounding normal tissue. This kind of stains makes our lives easier, but the patterns of expressions are very complex and never 100% specific nor sensitive.
