I myself am not a gamer, and thus don't feel confident enough in my abilities to review games myself. Therefore, I'd like to give this to my fans; think of this as the Video Game version of my Animation Unknown cards. Here's how it works:

While the left might be just factual information (though country of origin is mostly just supposed to be labelled Worldwide, American, Australian, European, Japanese) and Publisher should be left blank if it's the same as the Developer. The right side needed a complete overhaul.
Gameplay is simple enough (how versatile/entertaining is the gameplay?), Controls are simply how well/poorly the game controls, Difficulty is how gradual the difficulty curve is and how appropriately challenging it is in the early/mid/late game, Graphics are pretty simple since it's just how good the game looks for the time/how well its held up, and Fun Factor is pretty subjective: How much fun did you have playing this game? I just decided to add the "Bonus Points" section for time to list any pros/cons, any important notes, in-game secrets, end-game bonuses, etc.
