Mermaid sketch I did while in hospital yesterday.I had a bit of a scare concerning my baby and was admitted for observation. All seems ok now and im finally home.
Passed the time by drawing, went a bit crazy with the detail cos I was so bored just laying there.
Hope you guys like.

Lovely drawing! specially with the frame you are now giving to your characters and the detail on her hair.
And I just wanted to let you know I was working on the color of your contest sketch, but maybe I won't make it to today's deathline (too much work!!)... but oh well, I just wanted to ask if there's any inconvenience if I still color and post it anytime soon? it doesn't matter if I don't participate just for the sake of fun and because I like your work a lot.

AGAGAGAGA This is so pretty! I REALLY love what you did with her tail and hair (the part of mermaids that's always different with different artists) and I like the self enclosed background, and she emerges from the circular "frame." This is gorgeous! *fave'd*

That scare you had still scares us all, but there's nothing like a sweet drawing like this to reassure everybody. ♥ I love the woman's hair, and do I see some of it made of octopus tentacles? Something of the like? It's really pretty on her. What nice detail to add while you wait. ;u;" The underwater orb scene behind her is to die for, and that little fishie is sooo adorable.
