Description Act 1 Scene 5, when Romeo and Juliet first meet. Here's the costume I designed for our small film. It was actually made into a real dress, look for the picture!

"Juliet’s dress was probably the most complicated costume. It was a simple white cotton sundress with a bottom layer of a light turquoise synthetic material, and a top layer of white netting decorated with dots of silver glitter. On top of the dress and material a corset is worn. The corset is white and is made of white embroidered cotton, and the ribbon is light pink. Juliet’s costume is light and goddess-like to represent her in the eyes of Romeo. The top layer of netting decorated with dots of glitter was chosen because of what Romeo says, “A rich jewel in an Ethiop’s ear.” The glitter served as way to make Juliet sparkle as a jewel would. The colors are light to represent her innocence. Juliet had one of the more colorful costumes so she would stand out against the crowd like a “snowy dove trooping with crows”."

I tried out for my school's Romeo and Juliet play, and I'm gonna find out the results tomorrow. If I get picked to be juliet, I would totally wear that dress!
