I was doodling and made up this baby =3
they got a transparent tail and feathers on head. Ghost tail 
I don't know what it is, but they are cute. Any Species names idea? Or...a name FOR this character? XDD
They have fur like feathers/wings on their hips,back of their shoulders, and their sides. They don't have feet just a thick black mass of furr they walk on.
Dragonpunk15 Β was designing a new species, and then that made me want to draw something...and came up with this thing.

names, the first thing I thought of was Topeka....xD I have never ever heard that used as a character's name but I was just thing it would fit idk it can sound cute and I actually really love when people or characters have names after places
