to be honest i don't think it's right to sell the character just becuase they deactivated their account....becuase they might have moved to a new account or something...
and they might still use it in stories ect.

Well it was stated in the rules. I work hard on my adoptables and I want to see them used. If the previous owner were to have said something to be before deactivating, he could have kept it. It's in my rules.
