I like this, it's very cute, and despite the cold envoirment is quite warm and cuddely. I really love your craftmanship, sometimes the traditional ways are the best.
Btw, do you have any good tips for a watercolor newbie? I have picked up some tubes, but haven't really gotten started yet with them.

I like the piece, but if I had to critique something it would be the white marks on the characters' bodies. I know that you were aiming to show them with light dustings of snow on their clothes, but it doesn't come across all that well - they could just as easily be scuff-marks on the canvas. A nice idea certainly, but not entirely successful. Other than that, looking good!
