Umm... so what we have here is a loli/maid/dress!Sasuke. The theme I am going for is "The things a ninja has to to for a mission" so I tried to keep Sasuke from looking too girly, while also trying not to make him look too awkward in a dress.The legs, the hands and the details on the dress still need to be finished but the basic lineart is pretty-much done.
BTW; I did this at 2AM in the night >_>;;

Nice... I would love to see the results. Ever read something about the 'Saki-chan' universe? He reminds me of... Her? Him? I never knew...

Ya I've read about Saki-chan but I never like it much cuz she is more like Sasuke's alter ego and is often portrayed as more of an OC rather than Sasuke himself.
The idea behind this picture was quite simple. Basically Sasuke has to where the dress for a mission. He's not happy about it but pulls it off cuz he's a professional ninja.
While this may seem similar to the reason why Saki-chan began cross-dressing this Sasuke does not end up liking dressing up as a girl. He's still Sasuke (a GUY) and would like nothing better than to get out of that dress asap.

I get it! Really. This might sound really strange, but I didn't like the original Saki-chan series, written by her... his... creator. But many others have created fiction in that universe... and it's hilarious. And sometimes just really, really deep. And some crap, but I've got an extra sense for that. XD
Anyway, personally, Prefer sasuke displayed as manly as possible, even as an uke. (I mean, Boyxboy... Doesn't mean Boyxgirlwithapenis) I love muscles, but the saki universe.. I don't know, I'm interested in psychology, and the universe offered some interesting questions. I get your reaction though. I was like that at first as well... but the fandom corrupted me... AGAIN

I completely understand. In fact, I have a soft spot for slightly girly!Sasuke but Saki-chan universe only annoys be because Saki is often portrayed as a completely new character and not a part of Sasuke (that includes Naruto's relationship with Saki/Sasuke in which it is often implied that Naruto's in more love with Saki and thinks of Sasuke as more of a friend >.<).
Don't worry though! You haven't offended me! I just wanted to make the theme behind this pic a bit more clear as it was very important to me while drawing this.

That's why I said slightly-girly. I hate it when writers practically turn Sasuke into Hinata (yuck). For me it's more about sticking to the personality of the character in a fanfic so if they decide to make Sasuke a little bitchy, its totally fine with me. If the turn him into virgin-effing-Mary; that's going a little too far.
