Okay, hear me out when I say this. I'm not a fan of NSFW. I'm a firm believer that porn should atleast have a mature content filter. Another alternative is moving it to e621. There are CHILDREN on this site. Now, on with some criticism. The proportions are wonky. The neck is way too thin, and horns don't tilt or flop. Her breasts are massive compared to her waist [and neck]. The thighs are about as large as the neck too. Toriel is most likely in her 40s or 60s, I highly doubt shed have massive melons like that. And I'd that's supposed to be an apron, make it hang instead of stretch. I miss the days when the UnderTale fandom wasn't like this. First of all, no background. if you cant do one, crop the image and make it backgroundless. this makes it seem alot more finished. secondly, even if its an anthropromorphic goat, make the proportions atleast SOMEWHAT correct. the breasts and thighs are extremely big compared to the head and arms. second of all, the face. too plump of cheeks to match her body style. if you have a fatter character, she needs a fatter face. this character model would need an ideally weighted face. this one has the face of a uhm... 600 pound person. as well, are those horns or pieces of cardboard covered by fur? make a separation to the horns, and look at a real goat for inspiration.
Finally, the actual face, and emotions. why does toriel have 2 sets of fangs? she only has 1 pair in game. also, usually that kind of eye emotion is only used when someone is suspicious. the correct eye emotion would be wide eyes with pupils cover 1/2 of the actual " white space " for the personality matching the picture it absolutely doesnt. toriel is a rather shy and compassionate character who has that grandmother/mom feel to her. but she can hate, for example she doesnt like asgore one bit, even calling him a pathetic whelp. this character on the other hand, seems to be a sexually devious milf.
all in all, this gets -69 bleach pies out of 100

Therefore there is no reason why you should judge and correct kioon321 drawing in his personal space while kioon321 didn't ask for your opinion. Now for the mature filtering, kioon321 did stated he did mature filtering for nudity stuffs. Howevr, I do not see why this should be filtered as mature stuffs, cause all I see here is goat with apron. Perhaps it's your mind that is making you to judge this drawing as Rated R stuff.
