Just one of those moments that your hand draws whatever it wants (within the limits of a certain theme) and it turns out wonderful.

This is the first season antagonist of Beyblade. He comes back in 3rd season as well. Just suddenly had a feel for him. It's gotta be tough being the bad guy trying to take over the world with spinning tops and getting foiled by children.
