Finally, there's color in this last artwork of the YUA characters (Miyuki, Natsumi and Shouji) involved in an old fanfic of mine.Since Japan are not "officially" sending people abroad in any conflict, you can guess that the characters had to wear US (Miyuki - MARPAT; Shouji - AOR2) and British (Natsumi - MTP trousers) outfits in their various missions from the Far East to the Middle East after joining TF141. That's how to avoid raising suspicion.
About Miyuki, cutting her hair was mandatory although I didn't mention it explicitly when she volunteered to join the fight. I was at the same time inspired by Katy Perry's looks in her video clip of "Part of Me" and by some of Miyuki's original designs from the manga. If you look about it, Miyuki used to have shorter hair than Natsumi's. Still, I didn't want people to have a hard time recognizing her. So, I made sure the hair style is somewhat hybrid between her current looks and the original designs (no braid, shorter sidebangs and shorter hair at the front).

I would have liked to see natsumi in the woodland MARPAT though, but very nice piece.
