I hate cutouts because the cutting out process is Hell. :c

Oh the lamination process is easy as pie, you just have to get a lamination machine (mine cost like $30, but you can also get ones for even cheaper probably), get some lamination paper, stick the drawing in the paper, turn on the laminator, wait until it's hot enough, and then stick it in the laminator. And voila, you have a laminated thing.
