I spent 3-4 hours painting this water dragon in his palace. eoe I ended up painting the background layer at 44% opacity. :') I turned the opacity back to 100 and liked it the way it was, though, so...At any rate, I'm really glad how he turned out. .w. I like to think he was disturbed during his rest and is just kind of sneering at the viewer. >A>;
