Welp, this was my cosplay Expomanga of emergency.
I've spent a lifetime despising DC, but when ~Kibamarta and ~Become-one-with-me I was taught to Roy Harper and Jason Todd, I immediately fell in love with arsenal.
So when I heard that my wig Mikoto (K project) would not arrive in time, they suggested going to DC.
I did not think much, and in a week I did my best for this cosplay (which later will improve) sewing by hand.
Well, not so bad right? xD
