This is really good!
For constructive criticism (though I have no right to give you this, your artwork is amazing) I would say:
1) watch the gap between the two eyes, it should be about an eye width (it looks a little too far apart)
2) some more shading on the face and by the neck and collarbones... there needs to be a little more structure- and shading will show it
3) the nose is a little simple... I don't know whether you were trying to go realistic or photorealistic, but then again, shading would probably fix that problem
Finally, I love Taeminnie's eyes and hair! You did a really good job with that! I personally find hair really hard to draw -maybe-because-I'm-lazy- but yeah. I love it. You can actually see the depth of the hair and the shines, which make it look 3D. And I love the friggin eyes. They sparkle. Dude, you can draw sparkly eyes!
