Uuuuuuuuuuuuuuh... I open Photoshop, create a new canvas 50x50, put the zoom on the highest level, use my pen tool and simply draw.
I can't describe it properly. It was more like a try out for making a full body icon XD I just got lucky that it came out that good^^
