She is delightfully cute. Great job depicting her smile in her large brown eyes as well as across her lips. The roundness of the cheeks also contributes to that cheerful effect, making it seem as if the whole face is smiling out at the viewer. With the warm colors used with not only her and what she's wearing, but in the background color and it just comes straight across as a warm and delightful image to cheer the day of those that view it.
