៚ Yesh, I'm alive and back although school has started on Tuesday again \(*^*)/

Recently I searched on the Internet for those official villain and Hero files because I couldn't find the artbook anywhere in the shops neither in my town nor in the next bigger city in the book shops. Then I came across some translations and original page scans and decided to edit them but that turned out harder (and worse tbh) than I expected.

Other than that, the only template usable via a generator I found was the one uploaded on your Ultra Archive's page on tumblr.

Since the 13th graders' (= our) classes for this week is usually starting between 11-12am, I had more than enough time to play around a bit on my laptop to create this.
(I honestly expected for the formation of the halloween file picture that mostly the pumpkins would be visible and I was a bit too lazy to search for something else since I had to hurry for school then- *went out of the house a bit to late*)

៚ File number 01 because I started with him (obviously). His Villain name (Cheshire) and his real name in Kanji below it. For the tag line I decided to go along with the namesake/inspiration of his Quirk (Ceshire Cat). The description is based on his background as son of a Yakuza boss, him working for the LoV/(now) Paranormal Liberation Front and him being usable a "perfect" spy or scout.

៚ His status and villain data. I believe the upper lines until the last one are self-explanatory, so apologies for not going into depth with them. The fighting style is close-ranged as he uses martial arts, knives and his katana in battle - thus he's able to keep a short distance between his enemy and himself and doesn't need to stick face-to-face with them. His stat in speed and techniques/skill are relatively medium-high because he has achieved those over the past ~10-15 years of training. Intelligence/smart is the highest as he is one of the more intelligent and clever ones from the League (not to imply they're all stupid but ig he's amongst the wittiest ones of them). Those high stats are balanced out by the medium ones and the most by the low cooperation/teamwork stat because he usually doesn't really work together - and especially harmonize - with others. Thus, he's rather ranked as B-level villain instead of A.

៚ His Quirk Analysis is based on the experiences Pro Heroes had with him in combat. They have partially figured out how to restrict him, mostly thanks to Sirius and Present Mic. Those who had even a quick encounter with him have acknowledged that he's quick to use his Quirk to sneak around them and attack them without warning from any direction.

៚ The first incident in his file is from a report about a crashed Halloween party hosted by and for Pro Heroes. The assassination has taken place about three years before he joined the League of Villains. Benjiro, his father, lead his syndicate into terrorizing, manipulating and bribing the Pro Heroine Fluffy Fur - a Corgi Quirk user - into spilling the information of the invitation to the party. After that part of the mission was successful, Nero was sent out to take down the two Pro Heroes Stitch (Binding Stitches) and Maiko (Dance) that had killed or brought a handful of the yakuza family members into prison. In order to get in and be at least kind of unnoticed inside, he threw on the Devil costume sewn by his oldest brother.

៚ The second incident is from a time when he was already part of the League. Tomura sent Kasai and him out together to cause some chaos and destruction in Suibana City because a rivaling villain organization tried to steal the spotlight from them. Although Nero isn't really the most cooperative most of the time, he got his ass down to work together with her to fulfill their mission. After they caused quite many deaths (villains, civillians, pro heroes) and covered a district in magma, they left from there without any further trace.

៚ The Pro Hero Report was written and set up by Present Mic. In the comment he mentions a possible, and correct, weakness Nero's Quirk has. Due to his feline, enhanced senses he has really sensible hearing and thus he is vulnerable to Hizashi's Quirk. He remarked this because he noticed how Chesh slowed down on the Halloween party as the clicking of his heels became slower while Mic had used his Quirk.

៚ Yesh, so, that was my little excourse into the decisions behind this post owo 🍞 I hope it was at least kinda neat 😅😂

Another yesh to the fact that I'm allowed to use my friend's art since she painted it as gift for me quite some time ago.

I'll probably make a few more of those because they're actually fun to make :3 Time-consuming, but fun~
And yes, rendering that fullbody again didn't work as I expected it although I used the same color-code as the bg has - @ but welp, it's a bit colorful now 😂😂😂
