Description You didn't think I'd forget Smash Bros. did you? I just had to make it's own board. Of course, each space is a silhouette of a potential character for Smash I think could be revealed at E3...

From top left to bottom right:
1. Greedy biker with the jagged mustache: He's practically confirmed, with Ashley and Waluigi in the game, just a matter of when.
2. Mercenary that can't let Fox do anything: I think he's one of the characters at the bottom of the totem pole when I view the likeliness of characters, but he is more unique than another certain semi-clone, so maybe he has a chance.
3. PALUTENA! OFFICIALLY CONFIRMED!
4. Genetically-created savage lifeform: I would say this character is guaranteed in, but, while he has a decent chance for sure, it isn't as black-and-white as everyone thinks it is. Well if he doesn't make it, we'll still have Melee.
5. High-speed racer with the visible, fiery passion: If he isn't in the game, we riot. Case closed.
6. Puffball who will knock you out, sleeping, that is: Being an honorary smasher, it's highly doubtful this pink puff would get cut. But stranger things have happened.
7. PAC-MAN! OFFICIALLY CONFIRMED!
8. Trouble king of DK's swing: Since Nintendo has abandoned him since Sluggers, I don't think he'll be playable at all. But (probably) being the most memorable DKC villain should give him some brownie points.
9. MII! OFFICIALLY CONFIRMED!
10. Avian pilot who has a lust for air: Been around since Melee should help his chances a lot. I'm not worried about him missing the boat.
11. The Ancient Minister of being your buddy: A very controversial choice in Brawl, and putting it back in could be another controversy. I like it though, and can only hope they keep it in.
12. Master of keeping a heavenly rhythm: Honestly, I would love it if a character from this franchise made it in, though I'm sure not many others would.
13. Free Space!
14. Golden-haired warrior who commands the earth: While Little Mac was the first Assist Trophy to be upgraded to a playable character, is he alone? Out of all the other ATs, I think this character is the most likely to be put on a higher pedestal, but it's a slim chance to me.
15. Red-capped psychic, who has a fondness for baseball: Another of the original 12, if they wanted to cut him, they would've done it in Brawl. Now he's here to stay.
16. Giant, hazardous space dragon boss: Playable? Part of a stage? Will we be given a definitive answer yet!?
17. Konami's stealthy box hoarder: I dunno, he seems pretty unlikely. Even his creator and the one who pleaded him to be in Smash said no, so... it's iffy.
18. Evil ruler who speaks with his fists: Another Melee vet. He could be pushed aside for a new villain, but really, I don't see that happening at all. Sure he has an unoriginal moveset, but still. He's pretty much the bad guy of the franchise.
19. Child with potential who is scared of the West: Sure his moveset isn't all that original, and sure his game isn't out in any region but Japan, but I just don't see him getting cut. Overall I say his chances, at best, are OK.
20. That tiny cleaning robot: This is more of a wish than an expectation. Just putting it here in case dreams come true.
21. MR. GAME AND WATCH! ....confirmed?
22. Monado wielder and foreseer of the future: I don't know his series very well, but recent-ism gives this guy a boost. And who knows, his unique potential could also give him a leg up.
23. Masked leader of the Halberd: One of Brawl's most memorable characters, for good reasons and bad. I don't think he'll get the shaft, but his current tier status might make him a huge target for high nerf-age.
24. Royal descendant of a legendary blue-haired lineage: Being the protagonist from the most recent and probably one of the most well received games of the franchise has a good chance of getting in, I think.
25. Vegetable nabbing duo of a frozen land: I think they're safe because of their unique moves and being part of the Melee group, though the limitations could be rough for them. With dedication of the staff though, I'm sure they'll pull through.

Now... who's Ready to Smash?

Post-E3
Final score: 3.5 (Three official confirms and one soft confirm. Not bad)

1. WARIO: A sure bet.

2. WOLF: I have no idea why people say Wolf is a clone of Fox. Fox is a character which moveset revolves around kicks while Wolf's revolves around clawing. I think he has a good chance to return.

3. PALUTENA: Kid Icarus needed a new representative and Palutena is the second most important character of the series.

4. MEWTWO: Should have never been cut. He was a completely original fighter and he remains relevant in Pokemon games even today. He should return.

5. CAPTAIN FALCON: Sure bet.

6. JIGGLYPUFF: I hope she is cut. There are literally hundreds of better Pokemon to choose from than her.

7. PAC-MAN: There is no 3rd party who deserved it more than Pac-Man. It is historical to see him with Mario, Mega Man and Sonic all in the same game.

8. K. ROOL: Hopefully Nintendo hasn't forgotten about this iconic villain. Is hard to think of Donkey Kong's adventures without him. Besides, he is one of the few heavyweight possibilities left and he has great moveset potential.

9. Mii: After seeing Wii Fit Trainer, I knew the Miis were not far behind. Besides, they are synonymous with modern Nintendo.

10. FALCO: A highly possible return. He was already differentiated enough from Fox in Brawl. They only need to do that a little bit more.

11. R.O.B.: I think he will be among the characters who get the axe.

12. Rhythm Heaven rep.: I don't know how it would work. I mean, I always thought Rhythm Heaven was a great idea as a stage, but as a fighter? I don't even begin to understand how it would work, but one thing is for sure: Sakurai can turn ANYONE into a fighter. Just ask Mr. Game & Watch, R.O.B. and Wii Fit Trainer.

13. N/A

14. ISAAC: He most definitely deserves to be promoted to playable character. However, like you, I think his chances are slim.

15. NESS: A sure bet.

16. RIDLEY: There is much controversy surrounding this character. It is almost confirmed to be a stage hazard/boss, but with Sakurai you can't say anything for sure. He could be playing us all and ultimately reveal Ridley as a playable character. Or maybe not, but one thing is for sure: Ridley deserves to be in SSB.

17. SNAKE: Almost guaranteed to be out of the game. It is evident Kojima prefers Sony platforms for Metal Gear Solid. That is why Snake should have never been in SSB. And this is coming from a Metal Gear fan.

18. GANONDORF: A sure bet. But he does NEED an original moveset! A moveset that shows he is a powerful wizard and a formidable swordsman.

19. LUCAS: Even though he is unique enough, I think he could be cut.

20. CHIBI-ROBO: I too believe he is very unlikely, but he would be a very unique fighter. He has plenty moveset potential, but sadly I don't have much hope for him either.

21. MR. GAME & WATCH: We could say he is confirmed, but I honestly never doubted his return. He is Nintendo's first video game character and his addition in SSB was brilliant.

22. SHULK: His game became very popular and highly acclaimed. He has a good chance for SSB.

23. META KNIGHT: A sure bet. However, he truly needs to be nerfed.

24. CHROM: Almost a sure bet. With Awakening elevating Fire Emblem's popularity and sales higher than it has ever been, how can they leave the protagonist of that game out of SSB?

25. ICE CLIMBERS: I truly believe that if they are cut it is because of 3DS's limitations. If all players choose Ice Climbers, eight fully detailed characters on-screen all running at 60fps and in sterioscopic 3D (plus moving stages, items and Assist Trophies/Pokemon) could prove too much for the portable to handle. If that was the case, however, I think they could reduce the duo to a single character. And make Nana an alternate costume. It would not be the same, but at least we could keep them in the game.
