okay, so

i ended up redesigning nova because i wasn't satisfied on her original design came out and i felt like there wasn't a good amount of colors; i feel like this one turned out better (you can find the old design in the scraps)

she was originally wearing pants, though suggested i changed it into a skirt it looks better \o/

bio:
-playful and cheeky; might call her fickle since she grants anyone's wishes
-in good terms w/ galacta; calls her gala-la, much to gala's embarrassment
-she just likes giving nicknames to people in general
-was the one who sealed galacta away; as such, she's the only one that can break gala's seal
-must grant the user whatever wish they desire, much to her chagrin
-generally calm and collected
-her right arm was destroyed in the events of milky way galaxy
-was initially wary of meta knight due to a certain incident, but that faded throughout the years
-talks like an old man; gala likes to point it out all the time
