My third entry for and crossover contest. Disney-Non Disney.Finally, Arthur is going to face his destiny and pull the sword that will turn him into the long awaited new king out of the stone... Oops! It looks like Link was quicker than you little Wart!!
I've always been a great fan of "The Legend of Zelda", and I couldn't help noticing that Link, the hero, always ends pulling out a magic sword (mostly the Master Sword) out of its resting place in order to save the world fighting evil. Making an habit out of it would be funny, so I decided to portrait him unrequitedly becoming the new king of England while Arthur cries for arriving a few seconds too late XD
The initial drawing was sketched on paper, then scanned and edited with GIMP (coloring, adding shadows and so).
Arthur/Wart belongs to Disney. Link belongs to Nintendo.

Por cierto, me parece gracioso que digan que la espada estΓ‘ en una piedra, cuando se ve claramente que es un yunque. Y si no lo es, la han tallado a la fuerza y a mala leche.
