This is a Hamtaro AU I had in mind. Here, it revolves around Stan and Sandy having their personalities swapped, Stan is still the older twin brother while Sandy is still the younger twin sister though.

In this AU, Stan is shown to be pretty sporty and athletic since he's shown to be skilled in skateboarding, snowboarding, surfing and soccer. In addition to being skilled in skateboarding, he also uses his skateboard for transportation too. When he and his younger sister Sandy got separated, Stan made it his goal to find her again and his goal to find his sister again was achieved with the Ham-Hams' help. He also shares great chemistry with his male Ham-Ham friends as well.

Sandy has her green pants from the rare 1999 Hamtaro anime pilot while donning her signature tail ribbon and she's shown to be very flirtatious with boys much to the other Ham-Hams' dismay. Instead of wielding a gymnastics ribbon, she's usually seen with a pair of gymnastics clubs which she'll wave around in excitement. When she reunited with her older brother, Stan couldn't stand Sandy's flirtatious attitude since he doesn't tolerate her flirting with his friends. When he notices her trying to woo in the boys, he makes her stop; often pulling her away by her paw.

They still have their sibling rivalries here and there, and while Stan is easily annoyed by his sister's antics and gets irked by her, he loves and cares for Sandy very much and Sandy feels the same way in return.
