Description
After getting Deadman Wonderland on DVD, I was able to watch every episode of the show, including a prequel episode about my man Senji before the events in the other twelve episodes. In the episode, Senji is a cop with a checkered past, but one who is dedicated to protecting the people he actually cares about. These included the kids from this orphanage that was run by a friend of his named Hinata. When Senji gets one kid named Izuru out of trouble, he's given a bag of free tomatoes as a thank you present, only to find out that they weren't ripe yet, which instantly made me think of Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, and the rest, as they say, is history.
