Obvs everyone but Sasha is wearing Lombaxian military uniforms. Aphelion, Raissa, and Captain are air force, Pangaea's Praetorian Guard, Spectral and Tachyon are CFALR. The design on the chestplate signifies the division, the design of the shoulderplate is ranking. (And lack of shoulderplate=lack of rank, obvs)
