Or: I really suck at bird anatomy.

I'm of the opinion that if Joshua has a Noise form, it's most likely a phoenix. A phoenix that's blue, purple, orange, yellow and red. Or all the colors of fire, basically. I've been wanting to draw how I see his Noise form for a while and today my tablet decided to have a good day so I figured I'd take the opportunity to attempt a painterly style thing for it, and in addition was like "Let's also try this WITHOUT a sketch underneath!"

But as you can see, that didn't work out very well |D. I'll probably try again later with an actual sketch underneath because I'm still not at the skill level yet where I can forgo sketches and go straight into coloring. So this didn't turn out quuiiiiiiiiite as epic as it looks in my head OTL. The actual one I see in my head has the proper tattoo divisions like other Noise forms along the wings and the head feathers. I'll do him justice, I swear.

But for now, have a sort of failed experiment I did as a warm up. *goes off to work on some commissions*
