Nice job keeping the back fins in their proper place while the body twists and rotates- I've seen a lot of people have trouble with that.
And yeah, lack of a scanner always bites, but if you can manage to get a copy of photoshop, photoshop elements or any other program that handles leveling, you can get the light pencilwork here to really stand out when displaying it digitally. I'm pretty sure you can download them as demos to play around with, if nothing else.
And believe me, a little leveling to create a wide range of tones- dark darks to light lights, could make this look even sharper.

I worked hard on the back claws; It was pretty hard. I do have a few digital things around, but I haven't had the time to mess around with them. But I'll see what I can do.
Leveling?0.0; I don't know what you mean exactly. You mean different tones, light to dark?
