Βactually this have an explanation! (not really)
well in the latin group of Villainous we started to say that maybe Dr Flug is german and... well... thinks happen and fanarts of Dr. Flug with Military uniform and Black Hat more than happy to see Dr. Flug with that outfit happen, so I want to make a draw about that too.
I really loved the idea!, maybe it will be an AU, maybe not but I will draw more of this! lol!
Black Hat isn't OC for me, it just because Flug isn't watching that Black Hat is in that way (he tries really hard to keep his cool with Flug, but the uniform is too strong for him)
please don'r take this wrong, it's just a draw about thinks that I was talking with friends
