Ok, let's do this. Send a message to that deviation daying that he or she doesn't have credited you, after all is your kanji.
But remember that those kind of images are always used as a stock.
Perhaps maybe someday i'll upload a deviation with a kanji and instead of drawing it i'll crop one of yours, but leaving a credit line saying it, of course.

oh no, don't get me wrong, I'm really glad people use my works for theirs, but they always ask me and credit me. I was just a bit upset they didn't even ask me, and used it as if it was theirs, that's all. Yeah my daughter left a comment there already
