I probably name her Lola. I like the name "Lola".

As for what I do with her... that depends on your opinion. If you prefer I keep her in SFW (Safe for Work) artworks, that's totally fine with me. If you're okay with her in NSFW (Not Safe for work) artworks, then great.

Well I'll be honest, I'll make some changes to her, but hopefully not too much. Then at least use her in a RP starter and maybe a comic. After that, I'm not sure.
