I watched the ova episode. Are there any more? I searched for a H.o.t.d ova episode 2, and nothing showed. Are they still making them?

but it was, the fact that it shows Saeko and Rei lezzing it out, the next morning proves that.

Arguably. Then again Saeko and Takashi are the only ones who we're reacting with one another directly. Shizuka and Saya we're both hallucinating over people who weren't even on the island, while Takashi and Saeko escaped the fumes and actually interacted with each other, something that the others couldn't do.
For all we know Saeko could have simply returned to the beach to check on everyone who was intoxicated the following morning. I'm not saying my view is accurate, it's just I don't think we know what happened. 
Saeko's expression on the following morning is what struck me as questionable though.

Well thought out indeed, but thats still doesn't explain why saeko and rei were making out. the way they both say "takeshi" the morning after suggests that both were having hallucinations involving takeshi as the opposite person. so Personally I think that the two escaping was part of a hallucination, but yeah all together a really funny OVA.
well how do you think a girl would react to finding the guy she likes having a wet dream while unconsciously holding off zombies, and theres also the fact she might be embarrased to see him like that or embarrassed about having that hallucination about him but in reality making out with another chick.
