Thanks Dawn! I'm so glad you like it hon'! I had fun making it. The rain was a new thing for me, so I figured if I just put it under the umbrella instead of in the whole pic, it might be easier to work with. heh

I used a water brush that I found... hmm... somewhere. Can't think right now. That, combined with an action that I ran on a new layer over the entire image and then just erased the part I didn't want to keep.

heh, I thought that too when I saw the clock in the background... so I tried to do something a little more 'flipside' than my normal stuff. I tried to have that same character only in the white version of her outfit sitting under the rain with the same umbrella over her head... but yeah, got a little too ahead of myself with it and changed it back to just the one character! heh!
