yes sadly ^^ one of the wild types that was in his tank had biten it off. its growing back fast though. ^^

A good friend raise them. And one day she asked me if I want an Axolotl. So I get them. ^^

thats a little like me lol ^^ my freind started breeding them a year ago and well when she showed me the babys from eggs all the way grown and then said would i like some. i couldnt help but go out and buy a tank and say yes ^^

It's a little bit like me.
My friend breed them, but she go on holidays, so she give me the littlest one, because she fear that the other axolotls eat him. xD

yep ^^ , i might ask her if she can set a egg tank up for me she uses small betta tanks with lights and filters and put about 12 eggs in each using some of mom and dads water , she so far hasnt lost one little one ^^.

I love to see when these eggs evolving to little axolotl.
My first axolotl was 2 cm or so when I get him. But sadly he died these year after a bite of an another axolotl.
