On their way to somewhere (looking at Zuko's haircut, it's just after the "crossroad of destiny" episode) Azula and her girls (and Zuko) managed to follow Aang and the others and attacked!!!
And still not sure 'bout what happened in his little head, Zuko attempted to protect Katara and they kinda fell into the water
It was really lucky though that they managed to stay together and get on an island as inonscious as they were, but I think Katara held on to him preeeeeeeetty tight
Sorry if it's not very clear, I tried to give as much information as I fond natural for a flash back, without taking too many pages ^_^
