Milk is translucent to opaque depending on depth, like bone china. diffused light gets through but not shape, think like a reversed shadow below the water line. some of the notes might look unafrfected as they float, while others are white washed due to folds and crinkle. you chold not be able to see the left leg at all. dont go to the extreme like they did for Charlixe theron in huntsman/snow white film, thats paint.

Milk is not transparent, it's opaque. We only can see emerged parts of her body. And if it's opaque you can add shadows on the surface.
And I think it's too white, so you can't put specular and add softness.
Maybe it's why you're not satisfied.
