For the record, maintenance guy's name is Adon in the game but I think Jimothy is funnier. Ellen is the lab assistant.
In this comic the total of lab residents are: Krane, Lily, Jovi, Ellen, and Jimothy, as well as Jovi's Plusle and Minun.
Jovi insists on "helping". At least it makes slightly more sense here, as Theo has never been to Orre or Gateon Port before.
