Beautiful, well composed and serene in feel. The blurred sconces in the BG bring the whole piece together. If you decide to mess around with photoshop try using the "heal" tool to remove the thermostat on the wall, and that one bright point on the right... That's where photoshop really shines for artists, there's no way you could take the thermostat off your wall for a simple shoot, but you can in the "digital darkroom."
And don't feel bad about "doctoring" your photography to make it better, I see no difference between that and doing what any professional would do in the darkroom, which would be to make the thermostat less noticable by burning that portion of the image while printing in the darkroom
All that said, it's a lovely image!

Very pretty...I like the lighting effect of the candles. Makes the whole picture warmer, colorwise...although the pun works too. Would love to try this, but my camera doesn't do well in low light.
