Teh hubby likes to cook, and we got into the anime Food Wars/Shokugeki no Soma a few years back.

While I genuinely enjoy the show despite little cooking experience, I did of course immediately latch onto the (underused) characters of Daigo and Shoji, two Polaris dorm members who both happen to be jock types (the VAs have the douchey voices down pat, and Daigo's actor is kinda cute too). They're both extremely good-natured, and while they enjoy tormenting their little bud Zenji, everyone torments Zenji, and they're actually super supportive--more like bodyguards for their less popular Polaris friends.

Fanart of Daigo was inevitable, but I actually had the hardest time with the style, so I just gave up and went with my own style. I'm basically posting this now because I'm finally truly happy with this after many, many failed attempts. This isn't the first attempt I considered completed, but the others won't see the light of day.

At any rate, I originally just had Shoji being evil, but it was more balanced to also show Zenji getting revenge too. I've always been a fan of feathers because they're not necessarily going to get a strong reaction, and a tease is all that's required here. Otherwise that'd be, like, a major party foul, bro.
