This, then, is some sort of preview.So, while you've all been sitting there remarking on how lazy Kitfox has been with his lack of updates and slackness (I'm on to you) in actual fact I've been pretty much working non-stop on a special project. Something I've wanted to do for ages. I have just finished twelve pictures, this being the last one, that comprise the project. That's a hint, by the way, as to what the project is.
Ugh it's been a struggle coz I had to colour these at some masachistically large size and resolution. Each one has a different lighting or colouring style, angle and subject, and includes characters from mah Nuzocke runs. This pic isn't QUITE finished yet. Still needs a final going over, as do the others.
Anyway, just thought I'd give you a heads up as to why I haven't done any comic updates in a week or so. I'll probably post the other 11 pictures periodically. The other reason for lack of updates is I haven't fought the elite four yet. But I've done some research and I think I've finally got the courage.

Except for the whole 'combine' series... I prefer just the basic models, unless they transform like Zero did, and just change armor-type during CAS completions. Favorite times of that show was when they brought out Liger-Zero: JAGER, and went "Boom, group-shot."

My top fav episode is the introduction of the Shadow Fox in New Century. I've watched that about ten times XD
But yeah ZOIDS fuzors was utter garbage. They changed the art style, the characters were cliche and lame, and nothing interesting was happening. ZOIDS genesis didn't look too bad but I stopped watching it for some reason.

Yeah, Fuzors was crap-beyond-crap. Was surprised when CN even picked it up over here in the U.S. ...
Genesis was good, but boring for parts here and there, like DBZ, only shorter lengths of boring, for the first half of the series. The Second half of Genesis was more interesting but got into borderline-hard to keep up with towards the end with all of the characters and all, and the storyline ending, which led up to New Century, but was rough on newb viewers.
NC was awesome because of the comedy and actual storyline, which was easy to catch up to and understand. If they had gotten another season for it going, but a different set of teams going at it, and maybe even ending up fighting Bit and the others, or maybe even after a time for when Bit has to retire and pass on the Liger Zero?
If you ever played Zoids: Legacy, that was a GREAT gameboy advance game that spanned most, if not all, of the Zoids series/sagas, pooling all of the timeframes into one and making you having to fix it using all of the characters of the series in a compelling new storyline. I need to find it again sometime soon so I can replay it... Although I remember that after getting the New Century's Zoids Battle Commission's Brachiosaurus zoid and fitting it to carry single or duo-gravity cannons it was game over and that was it. In fact, you could even tie it in as canon what with the end of New Century...? Nobody remembers a time warp when it's all said and done-fixed, unless you're Doctor Who, right? Hah!

Oh yeah I have played that game several times and it rocks. In fact, I did a bunch of fanart of my end team, there's one of them in the journal I currently have up.
The game is pretty easy. I finished the whole thing while still having a command wolf. And it just goes to show that when you can have any zoid with any pilot you want from any series, the plot and dialogue can make absolutely no sense and it's still an amazing game.
New Century was just non-stop, fun-filled action. Exactly what I like in a show. It still rates as one of my favorite series' ever. Chaotic Century and Guardian Force had a much more epic storyline, but I couldn't see myself watching it over and over like I can do with New Century.

Ah yes I remember well MY TERAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAS! They gave him a ZOID upgrade just so he wouldn't be able to say that anymore. And then he became the Wild Eagle or whatever.

Then he became a half-whiny half-badass. So i guess that makes him a whiny badass?
But when they upgraded him and he did so much asskicking... was good for about two eps before they finally got him over the whole mach 2 deal.
