Splash: If there's no water around, he flops around. If there is, he still flops around, splashing the foe. It does no damage, but is great in playful water fights.

Tackle: A very weak flop at his foe.

Flail: Thrashes about with as much force as he can muster. Not very powerful.

Female

Ability: Static

Shock Wave: An extremely quick electric attack. Extremely accurate.

Barrier: A psychic wall of energy that blocks most moves and Pokemon for a short period of time.

Focus Blast: A powerful blast of energy.

Magnet Rise: Uses magnetic forces to levitate for a short period of time.
