Construction Notes:
The skirt is a 3 tier circle skirt made much bigger than my waist and gathered. Each layer of the shirt has horsehair braid to give it the big ruffles. The horns were formed with wire mesh, filled with expanding foam, cut and sanded into shape. The tights and gloves were dip dyed for the gradient effect.

We will! xD She has the costume made but we just have to get together at a con next year! That's the not so fun part about convention friends. They live so far so you only get to see them once a year
