Thankies! I'll need all the luck I can get, since I'm up against stiff competition...

no problem Buddy!

I don't know how you're able to make so many little, highly detailed pixel art. I hope that you win the contest!

Thanks for the well wishing! Much appreciated! I worked at learning to pixel when I started learning to doll. It can be so much fun and another great outlet for artistic creativity. You should try it yourself sometime. I'm sure you'd do well at it.

You're welcome! I've glanced at a tutorial for it but it looks a bit frustrating. If I were to make a tiny mistake, I'd be ripping out my hair. But maybe I'll give it a try sometime because it does produce a lot of cute characters. Fractals also look interesting but I know absolutely nothing about them.

No more frustrating than drawing or CG coloring, to be honest. And nobody starts off being excellent at anything, we all practice to improve and get better. True for drawing, true for inking and coloring, and also very true for pixel and doll. My first dolls were decent, nothing spectacular, but I have noticed an improvement in my style over the last few years of doing it. And hey, if it's a tiny doll, not too hard to fix mistakes, esp if you work in layers with a pencil tool...

You've got me convinced! I just might give it a try sometime. And if I do, you know that my first one will be of Egon.

Yays! I knew I could talk ya into it! I think if one can draw, then one can certainly learn to pixel and doll, and vice versa too... Cool! I don't think I've seen a doll of Egon yet, so that would be sweet!
