I think this would be a draw, simply because Amaterasu would stop it before any blood was shed. She is a good judge of character and would see the goodness in Link, and thus would know that he would mean them no harm. Maybe she sees potential in him.
There was an idea that I had that Amaterasu had a final showdown with Yami, the final defeat of evil. She strikes the final blow, but absorbs his powers (reducing him to a normal fish). The result is the creation of a new celestial god who will take her place.
Instead of disappearing, Amaterasu is able to be free of her binds to the Celestial Plains and can return to Nippon as a fairly normal wolf (with some of her powers intact). In the end she can be with Oki and live happily ever after.
