France got bored of being a country and harassed Romania until he got turned into a vampire then he went to Louisiana to mess with some humans then later after every time he "dies" he goes back to being a country then gets bored, repeats the process only he stalks Louis! haha ive only seen the first movie and started the first book so if other stuff happens in later books to prove that worng please excuse my ignorance ^^
