This took me two weeks to do, with a slight pause due to school work. I'm just so happy it's done. I had over 100 layers while working (cause I'm no expert at layering properly) and it was just pure hell. Yet I prevail. I planed on making it a colored lineart but the choas was too much. I am absolutly satisfied with the resault, but you can see I did the medallion last cause the quality is rushed. One of the characters had to be redrawn due to a change in design. Also I tried to crop it to balance out the left side but I couldn't overdo it or it would look wrong so only a few centameters came off the original. This is my best pic yet I swear.

About the pic: This is like a cover page or poster for my in production fan-fiction "Avatar: The Lost age" and as you can infer from the art and title it is an Avatar fan-fiction. I drew this in pre production so I had to change the design of one character. The story is about, you guessed it bending in our world. Yet Trying to stay from such a popular subject of Avatar fics I intertwined the history of the Avatar universe with ours. Heres the summery:

Avatar~The Lost Age

Civilization fell during the age of the reform war. The culture perished, all gifts confiscated. We had to start fresh like weak newborns left to fend for ourselves. Yet like all infants we grew, stronger and stronger never giving the past a second glance... That's how we forgot.

Enter a world without heros.
Enter a world without bending.
Enter the year 2008.

With the modern age up and running the old folk tales of an ancient civilization are just anecdotes to make our eyes heavy. Never would even the mind of a child believe such impossibilities. So when destiny calls, four teens get a rude awakening by some familiar faces.

So not everyone is a bender, only these kids. The medallion(s) plays a part in the story too but I don't want to give everything away. I have some fun and surprising things in store for the future of the fic. Are you interested yet?

The fic does include original characters, but I try to keep it balanced with the familiar ones. Heres the names of my wonderful original characters starting from the top left:

Jade Smith * Some friends of mine are saying she looks like a boy, her hair is just flying up.

Koal Terence * he is the guy I had to redesign

The last names are stolen off off friends (and enemies) cause I'm no good at last names. If you can't tell they have puns in their first names. You know the people in the middle and they are big aspects to the fic so I'm not abandoning them for my own characters (even though it's in alternating first-person POV), thats selfish.

This pic is to give a visual to my reader yet also catch the eye of potential readers so watch me if your interested because I'm posting it on both Devi and Fanfiction.net. I suspect it coming to the net as soon as late May but I'm thinking about June being the releasal date. Thank you bearing with my long Author Comment.
